SHED-TO-HOME CONVERSION – Tanby, QLD

Transformation of an existing shed structure into a fully functional residential dwelling.
Reframing, internal lining, new openings, structural strengthening, decking, insulation, windows, doors, bathroom preparation and finishing carpentry. Lots of on the spot and creative solutions.
Complex project requiring adaptive thinking and strong understanding of sequencing and compliance.

COMMERCIAL OFFICE + MEZZANINE BUILD – Blackwater, QLD

Construction of internal office fit-outs and a structural mezzanine level within a bus depot facility.
Timber framing, ceiling system installation, partition rooms, doors, hardware, internal lining and detailed finish work + parking bays installation.
Delivered to commercial standards with clean fit-off and high structural accuracy.

COUNTER-LEVERED OPEN-CLOSING ROOF – Red Hill, ACT

Installation of a two-bay counter-levered open–close louvre roof system positioned partially over the pool.
Included structural framing, precise levelling, stainless fixings, custom bracket placement and integration with the existing outdoor architecture.
High-detail alignment and careful sequencing required to ensure stability, weatherproofing and smooth mechanical function.

DUAL-BAY AUTOMATED ROOF SYSTEM – Deakin, ACT

Supply and installation of a dual-bay automated louvre roof structure for a high-end outdoor entertaining area.
Included structural supports, post installation, concealed fixings, drainage alignment and full mechanical setup.
Delivered a seamless, weatherproof extension of the home.

ENTERTAINMENT AREA – Kambah, ACT

Major home extension involving framing, roofing, external cladding, upper windows / light panels.
Worked through complex structural tie-ins, non-standard architectural elements and tight tolerances.
A challenging but rewarding project requiring consistent coordination with the homeowner.

COMPOSITE DECK + OPEN-CLOSE ROOF SYSTEM (New Build) – Strathnairn, ACT

Construction of a composite decking system and installation of an automated open–close louvre roof for a newly built home.
Included subfloor framing, joists, concealed fixings, edging details, flashing integration and structural supports for the roof system.
Delivered a clean, durable, low-maintenance outdoor space with precise alignment and high-quality finish.

SPECIALTY AND FINISHING PROJECTS

Examples of detailed carpentry and finishing work completed across multiple homes in all 4 states mentioned before — stair installations, kitchen adjustments, feature carpentry, internal fix-off and various before-and-after upgrades.
